Vineri :
20 min intervale: 1 min power sprint 1 min lay low power walk ( nu ma pot abtine )
+ 30 min ss high hills.



Duminica:
Pentru ca e ziua de dupa antrenamentul de picioare merge perfect un steady state 20 min eliptica + 25 min banda inclinata, chiar daca chiar nu am nici un chef sa ma misc dupa antrenametul de sambata, am observat ca ma ajuta la refacere.
